Anglo-French Lawyers’ Group Founders

The founding Partners of the Anglo-French Lawyer’s Group are fully-qualified members of the Ordre des Avocats.. The Founders have worked with large international law firms and corporations. They serve clients nationwide and internationally from their central offices in Southwest France. They work closely with a network of associates and highly experienced avocats, notaires and lawyers throughout France, the U.K. and the United States.

Hélène Loloum was born in the United Kingdom, of French and American parents. She is married to a French psychiatrist and has three children. She studied law in Paris at the Sorbonne and has two postgraduate degrees, one in French Company Law and the other in Intellectual Property. After practising in Paris, she now lives in the Charente and has practised as an avocate since 1996 spending ten years as a corporate lawyer. Ms. Loloum handles criminal and civil cases.

Anne-Marie Gordon was born in Paris and is a citizen of France, England and a permanent resident of Hong Kong. Ms Gordon studied law in England and Bordeaux and became a member of Inner Temple (Inns of Court) in 1990. She has practiced as a barrister and magistrate in London and Hong Kong, including two years with Herbert Smith’s Hong Kong office. Since 2002, Ms Gordon has practiced as an Avocate at the Perigueux Bar and currently divides her time between Paris and Southwest France. Ms. Gordon focuses on Cross-Jurisdictional French divorce and French family law, French Property Purchase and Litigation and French Wills and Inheritance. She is a frequent media commentator and has appeared on the BBC, ITV, French TFI.
