French Property
The Anglo-French Lawyers’ Group’s avocats provide a full range of legal services to facilitate the purchase of property in France. Each service is designed to meet the needs of the individual buyer or seller and can include ownership regimes (SCI/Tontine) and inheritance advice.
Additional property purchase services are also available and can include the attendance by a bilingual lawyer at the signing of the “compromis de vente” and “acte de vente”, negotiations with local landowners and government agencies and/or property visits and onsite inspections. The group’s avocats can also arrange for powers-of-attorney.

Under €200,000 = €1100 Price (excluding VAT)
€250,000 - €500,000 = €1700 Price (excluding VAT)
€500,000 - €1 million = Fee assessment upon request
